Mia Isabella Aguirre- Mia relocated to NYC from San Antonio, Texas to pursue a degree in Acting and Musical Theatre from Long Island University- Post. She fell in love with the Suzuki training and devising work taught by Maria Porter. She is thrilled to be able to continue this exciting and fulfilling work with Bated Breath. Upon graduating Mia has enjoyed growing in her career as a photographer and an actor, most recently seen Off-Broadway at 59E59 Theaters as Death in The Briefly Dead, Alice in Pizza Man at The Producers Club, and in the Juliet/Lady Capulet tracks in the outdoor tour of Romeo and Juliet with Occupy Verona. Alan L. Bounvilleis th Artistic Director of IN OUR WORDS, a theatre company that often uses stories from individuals as the source material for its work. IN OUR WORDS creates and produces immersive works and ones that address social issues. As a teaching artist, Alan works with several leading companies in New York City and beyond. Derya Celikkol is a Turkish actor and production designer based in Brooklyn. After graduating from the Experimental Theatre Wing of NYU Tisch, she had the chance to work with and learn from brilliant theatre makers including Pascal Rambert, Richard Foreman and Gisela Cardenas. Shlomit Oren-Ross is a multi-cultural physical actress, belly dancer, clown, educator and healer based in New York. She is extremely passionate about creating original works and the art of physical theater. Shlomit toured with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey circus as a hula hooping- belly dancing-gypsy-clown with the “Built to Amaze” show. She is the second half of Shakabliss Duo which performs around the country with original multi-disciplinary avant-garde interactive shows focusing on empowering communities. Sam Urdang is from Boulder, Colorado. He received his BFA in acting from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. He has been studying circus art and object manipulation for 14 years, and often works as a professional blade and flame juggler. He also has a passion for voice and dialect work, and was invited back to Shakespeare’s Globe in London to serve as the Assistant to the Master of Voice and Dialect for the 2015 Summer Season.
